Every purchase is a digital board plan. When you render a board, the image and its placement and colour notes are available to download immediately. There is no physical product, no stock and no shipping. Delivery is complete once the board is generated and downloadable.

Boards are generated with the gpt-image-2 model. Outputs are machine-generated visual layouts and may vary between renders. They are illustrative planning aids only. They do not represent real venues, real inventory, or any measured, tested or guaranteed arrangement.

Service scope

Balfa Balance Field Studio provides visual layout planning only. It does not provide:

Rehabilitation, medical, clinical or injury-related guidance.
Coaching, training programmes or performance claims.
Safety guarantees, certified protection or equipment endorsements.
Real product sales, stock levels or delivery of physical items.

Boards are suggestions for arranging your own accessories. You are responsible for how any equipment is used in your own space.

Refund boundary

Because boards are delivered digitally and generated on demand, credits that have been used to render a board are non-refundable. Unused credits can be reviewed by contacting support. If a render fails to deliver a downloadable board, we will re-issue the credits used for that render.
